How do i get the rights to a play?
I will answer as best I can:

1) First and foremost Barrie left all of the Peter Pan rights to a childrens hospital in England http://www.gosh.org/about_us/peterpan/co... so there must be an agent or executor there you will need to talk to

In the US the original play script is under copyright till 2023 with Samuel French LTD.

In europe the script is now in the public domain (so i hope you are in eurpoe for your sake) which means you can perform the play without paying royalties, i do not know whether this applies to the story, but I would start with the children%26#039;s hospital

2) Peter Pan 2003 film-- you need to contact the agent of the person who composed the song you like, it might be hard to track that down, find out who wrote the song, see if they have a website and there might be some sort of contact start there.

3) Pretty neat! Best of luck writing
